Bayside Kids School Holiday Program

Bayside Kids is a school holiday program for children aged 5-14 years. A two week sport and recreation program is planned for every school holiday period, which promotes children's health and wellbeing through a variety of sports and physical activities

All activities are provided by qualified instructors at indoor and outdoor venues across the City of Canada Bay, including parks, ovals, halls and in partnership with facility operators including Five Dock Leisure Centre.

Bookings
Enrolment is necessary prior to the program commencing to guarantee your place. Bookings and payments will not be accepted at the venue. Bookings close 24 hours before each activity.

Cancellations, activity and wet weather
City of Canada Bay reserves the right to cancel activities due to wet weather or low enrolments. Every effort will be made to give reasonable notice to those enrolled when an activity has been cancelled and fees will be refunded in full or transferred.

For any changes to the program, including change of venue due to poor weather, an email and/or sms will be sent out to notify you.

If your child cannot attend an activity for whatever reason, please notify the program coordinator by phoning Council on 9911 6555 or 0408 442 947. Refunds will be given where cancellations is with a doctor's certificate.

Nut free policy
All activities are nut free. Please do not bring products containing nuts.

Photographic policy
Please notify the Sport and Recreation School Holiday Program Coordinator on the day if you do not agree to the terms and conditions when booking and would not like your child/children photographed.

Sign in/Sign out
Children must be signed on arrival and signed out on departure on each day. Parents/Guardians are required to complete a Pick Up Authorisation Form, should anyone other than themselves be collecting their child at the end of the activity. Prior to the commencement of the activities, it is the reponsibility of the parent/guardian to let the coordinator and staff know if their child suffers from any medical conditions, allergies, or disabilities that may affect their participation.
